I had never been involved in an accident before and didn't know what to do. The person at my local garage put me in touch with ACCIDENT ADVICE CENTRE. They were wonderful. I spoke to a member of their team who was really sympathetic, I felt like I was talking to a friend. They asked me how I was and simply talked me through all the questions they needed from me. Within one hour I had received a hire car and was back on the road. They put me in touch with a solicitor and arranged for an engineer to inspect my car which was then repaired by my local garage.
